Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

At Danone Ireland, achieving a truly gender-diverse representation of employees at each level across our workforce is a key priority for us, and we are committed to creating a workplace environment where all employees experience fairness and equality.

Our 2024 Gender Pay Gap Report shows a mean gender pay gap of 1.5% and a median gender pay gap of 2.5%.

This gap is due to a number of factors, including the distribution of men and women in specific job functions, including manufacturing roles at our factories in Wexford and Macroom.

This is our third consecutive year publishing our Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report and we take our commitment to equal pay very seriously. We are proud of our transparent pay policy, as well as our approach to recognising and rewarding our people.

We will continue to work hard to deliver a culture and adopt practices that support Danoners to grow and realise their potential, including a commitment to flexible working, personal development, and leadership training, and consistent improvements in our recruitment processes
